This is an intensive leadership across cultures workshop focused on enhancing you leadership skills with Cultural Intelligence. Instead of regarding cultural differences as only challenges and obstacles you will learn to see them as opportunities and assets you can use strategically to become more successful as a leader.
We start the leadership across cultures workshop with developing your personal cultural intelligence followed by an introduction to the tools for cultural reconciliation and tools for planning ahead with multi-cultural teams.

The location

The workshop will be held in the centre of Paris at International Institute of Paris, located on 20 Rue Saint-Fiacre, 75002 Paris. The venue for the networking event Sunday evening will be announced a week before the workshop.

Workshop fee

The fee for the workshop is 950€ excl. VAT, which will be invoiced upon registration. Once the fee has been paid your seat is finally confirmed. The fee covers the leadership across cultures workshop, course material, followup session and the networking event the evening before the workshop.
