The attendees are expected to have some international leadership experience so that each participant can share experiences and develop a personal development plan based on these experiences and the topics we cover on the course

A classroom is needed with Whiteboard and a projector where a computer can be connected

This course module focuses on helping you to determine your cross-cultural strengths and weaknesses as a leader. It is not uncommon that leaders experience that everything they have learned and skills they have developed are becoming less useful in a different cultural environment. That can be in a new country, a new organisation or when it comes to lead an outsourcing partner.

In this module you will learn which strengths and weaknesses you have when leading or managing a multicultural team. Through personal assessments you will become aware of areas you could work on and you will get the roadmap for a personal development plan.

Facilitation style

The workshop will be facilitated in such a way that the participants experiences will be blended with the academic content presented by the facilitator. There will also be individual reflection exercises when each participant is developing his or her action plan for change in order to become more cultural intelligent.
