Prerequisites for attending
The attendees are expected to have personal cross-cultural experiences. They are also expected to have experiences as a leader or manager where they could not solve a culturally related problem.
It is also a prerequisite that Cultural Intelligence 1 a Cultural Intelligence 2 have been completed.
After the Course
After the course the attendees will know a different and much more rewarding way of resolving culturally related conflicts.
A classroom is needed with Whiteboard and a projector where a computer can be connected
In this course module we will climb further up the ladder from where we reached with Cultural Intelligence 1. We will learn why it is a bad idea to compromise and we will learn how the concept of Culture is far more diversified than we usually think. Understanding that complexity is one of the main attributes of great Global Leadership.
The attendees will also experience how to identify Cultural Dilemmas and how to reconcile these dilemmas into solutions that are far better than the ones you could obtain in a monocultural team.

Developing Cultural Intelligence is like climbing a Ladder; the higher you get the more you can see and the more you will understand. Here we continue to climbing up from where we reached after the Cultural Intelligence 1 module.
Who should attend “Cultural Intelligence 2”?
The Cultural Intelligence 2 module is developed to tage you further up the cultural intelligence ladder from the introction module “Cultural Intelligence 1”. Have you already taken the first module thaen you are ready to climb further. This module build on the terminology introduced in the first module.
The workshop will be facilitated in such a way that the participants experiences will be blended with the academic content presented by the facilitator. There will also be individual reflection exercises when each participant is developing his or her action plan for change in order to become more cultural intelligent.
