Introduction to Cultural Intelligence gives you the ability understand that differences in cultural preferences lead to different action and values
This course module on Global Leadership focuses on helping you to determine your cross-cultural strengths and weaknesses as a global leader. It is not uncommon that new global leaders experience that everything they have learned and skills they have developed are becoming useless in a different cultural environment. That can be in a new country, a new organisation or when it comes to lead an outsourcing partner.
In this course module we will climb further up the ladder from where we reached with Cultural Intelligence 1.
Why is it that 2/3 of all mergers and acquisitions fail to meet their original objectives due to cultural clashes? Our research shows that it is because the cultural friction is ignored or underestimated and because the management doesn’t have the necessary skills and/or time to do a proper integration. If your company shouldn’t end up between the 2/3 of the companies that fail we suggest you contact us as early as possible so we proactively can plan the post-merger integration process instead of agreeing on a damage control assignment.
